The invention relates to electric engineering and can be used in technological processes of pasteurization, sterilization, drying and heating different substances and materials. A material high frequency heater comprises a high-frequency controlled generator, a parallel oscillatory contour, in whose capacitive branch an applicator with material being heated is positioned, a device for control of generator frequency, connected to the high-frequency controlled generator and to a computing device. It comprises a phase meter and an amplitude ratio meter, whose outputs are connected to the computing device, a control, whose input is connected to the computing device. A directional coupler is connected to the high-frequency controlled generator via a turn-on control device in the inductive branch of parallel oscillatory contour. According to the invention a signal adder and a power divider are inthroduced. The power divider input is connected to the output of wave of the directional coupler; the first output is connected to the first inputs of amplitude ratio meter and the phase meter. The second input is connected to the first input of signal adder. The second input of signal adder is connected to the output of reflected wave channel of the directional coupler; the output is connected to the second inputs of amplitude ratio meter and phase meter. Elimination of of the device operation in mode of maximal power transmission to load provides increase of operation quality. |
