A knife-rest comprises a housing with guides having supporting surfaces for blades. The housing is made in the form of outer metal plates with openings, medium plates with openings and a holder. The medium metal plates are located opposite to each other and between the outer metal plates with formation of setting hollows and are connected to the holder. The holder is made in the form of metal pipes, each contains end sections and a medium section located between the latter. The outer metal plates, medium metal plates and setting hollows are mounted in the place of the medium pipe section location and the end metal pipe sections are located in the setting hollows and openings of the medium metal plates, and the guides are formed in the form of the outer metal plates and medium metal plates. The blade supporting surfaces are formed by the sections of outer metal plates and medium metal plates turned to the setting hollows. |
