METHOD FOR MOLDING FIBER CONCRETE TRAYS

A method for molding fiber concrete trays includes feed of fiber concrete mixture into a vibroextruder and vibroextrusion of the mixture in a horizontally disposed mould made of pivotally connected sections. During vibroextrusion the mixture gets configuration of a tray with shelves. The tray is laid down in the mould with shelves located downward, and after vibroextrusion during vibration the sections of mould with shelves of a tray are turned upward.
