摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy system optimization method for precisely modeling actual various conditions, and for calculating the optimal facility design and operation plan of an energy system which is high in cost competitiveness while securing environment property within a practical calculation time. <P>SOLUTION: In a first step, demand data 21, equipment data 22, restriction data 23, environment data 24, and charge menu data 25 are input, and a first step calculation result 26 is output. The first step calculation result 26 includes the optimal combination of equipment and the optimal combination of the charge menu. In a second step, the demand data 21, equipment data 22, restriction data 23, environment data 24, charge menu data 25, equipment detail data 31, and design data 32 are input, and a second step calculation result 33 is output. The design data 32 include the combination of the equipment and the combination of the charge menu.
