PURPOSE: A 3D image display device and a driving method thereof are provided to reduce or remove crosstalk by displaying an image in a section where a left image and a right image are mixed. CONSTITUTION: A display panel(10) alternatively scans an image with a first frame frequency and a second frame frequency. An image signal input unit(30) inputs an image signal to the display panel. A backlight unit(20) radiates light to the display panel. A shutter control unit(40) selectively opens and closes a left shutter and a right shutter of a shutter glass.
