PURPOSE: An electroforming master and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain good quality of metal mesh by forming a metal-insulator composite layer between a base plate and an insulating layer to improve the adhesion of the insulating layer. CONSTITUTION: An electroforming master(100) comprises a base plate(110), a mesh layer(120), a metal-insulator composite layer(130), and an insulating layer(140). The mesh layer is formed on the base plate into a shape corresponding to the shape of a metal mesh. The metal-insulator composite layer is formed on the base plate and located in the gap of the mesh layer. The insulating layer is formed on the metal-insulator composite layer and located in the gap of the mesh layer. |
