PURPOSE: A sealing film of a packing container and a packing container including the same are provided to prevent the expansion of air in the packing container and the occurrence of condensation inside the sealing film by forming micro pores in the sealing film. CONSTITUTION: A micro pore(30) is formed in a sealing film(3) in order to prevent the occurrence of condensation inside a packing container by making inside and outside air circulate. When the packing container is sealed with the sealing film using a sealing unit(1), a flat sealing surface is formed by discharging remaining air in the sealing film and in an edge part(2a) of the packing container through the micro pore. The micro pore is formed to have the size of 10-100μm. Many micro pores are formed in the sealing film, and the gap between the micro pores is 1-5mm. The sealing film is one of PET, PP, PE, PVC, and PS or a mixture of the PET, PP, PE, PVC and PS.
