PURPOSE: Milk including honey and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve functionality and sweetness by using honey and a sweetener including at least one type of saccharide. CONSTITUTION: Milk comprises 0.1 to 3 wt% of a functional component, 0.5 to 7 wt% of honey, and 0.5 to 8 wt% of a saccaride. The functional component is at least one selected from a folium nelumbinis extract, a Juniperus rigida fruit extract, a Trapa japonica fruit extract, a Geranium nepalense extract, and a Morinda citrifolia extract; the saccharide is at least one selected from sugar, lactose, maltose, trehalos, sorbitol, xylitol, mannitol, maltitol, rhamnitol, inositol, erythritol, paratinose, and quercitol. The milk is general white milk including at least one selected from raw milk, skimmed milk powder, purified water, whey protein, carrageenan, refined salt, and flavoring or processed milk including at least one processed component selected from fruit, coffee, and cocoa in general white milk.
