PURPOSE: A flat slab structure including a stud and a shear head is provided to improve the lateral resistance performance and earthquake-proof performance of a connection unit. CONSTITUTION: A flat slab structure including a stud and a shear head comprises a concrete filled steel tube column(110), a concrete slab, and a shear reinforcing unit(130). The concrete filled steel tube column is filled with concrete(C) inside. The concrete slab is connected to the concrete filled steel tube column. The shear reinforcing unit is installed at a part in which the concrete filled steel tube column and the concrete slab are connected to each other, and comprises a shear head(140) and one or more stud members(150). The shear head is connected to the concrete filled steel tube column, and the stud member is integrally formed at the shear head.
