The method involves sending data from a unit (1) to several units (3) using an emitter (7), where the data is carried by a light signal (S) having a unique wavelength. The units (3) have receivers (9) to receive the data according to several light signals having different wavelengths so that each unit (3) receives the data that are associated according to a specific wavelength. The signal (S) is amplitude multiplexed and whose unique wavelength is transformed into several wavelengths by a non-linear spectral shifting effect. The units (1, 3) are connected using a passive optical network (5). |
