PURPOSE: A sliding exercise device for strengthening lower body is provided to prevent both legs of a user from being rapidly widened. CONSTITUTION: A sliding exercise device for strengthening lower body comprises a rail member(100), a support stand(200), a handle(300), a stage, a supporting board(500), and a stopper(600). In a pair of rail members, both ends thereof are fixed while being parallel with each other. A pair of support stands supports the lower outer circumference of the rail member. The handle is perpendicularly installed to the center of the rail member. A pair of stages is installed in order to slide along the outer circumference of the rail member. Both ends of the rail member are inserted into both ends of the supporting board. A pair of stoppers supports the rail member. |
