PURPOSE: Bearing assembly and a motor including the same are provided to prevent the leakage of oil by preventing the flowing backward of the oil with a dynamic pressure difference between the bearings. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve(120) is rotatably installed with oil and maintains space with a shaft(110). An upper and a lower thrust unit(130,140) combine with the upper side and lower side of the shaft and form a first interface of the oil with the sleeve. An upper through unit(135) between the shaft and the upper thrust unit or a lower through unit(145) between the shaft and the lower thrust unit is connected to space between the shaft and the sleeve and forms a second interface of the oil.
