PURPOSE: An advertising method using a smart phone and a management system thereof are provided to supply an advertisement for a specific target by using various applications. CONSTITUTION: When a user uses an Android application or an iPhone application, a user identification number and a division code of the applications are registered in a central server. The central server codes data of each application and manages the user identification number. The central server provides a push module for a push service to each application. A manager searches for a user and the application to push an advertisement to the server.
