PURPOSE: A height adjusting device for a rear seat cushion is provided to economically and effectively improve convenience of a passenger in a rear seat by tilting the front part of a seat cushion with a simple link mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A height adjusting device for a rear seat cushion comprises a cushion frame(10), a cushion panel, a link assembly(30), an electric motor(40), and a pair of rear hinges(50). The rear part of the cushion panel is attached to the cushion frame and allowed to move back and forth. The link assembly is installed in the cushion frame and allowed to move up and down to support the front lower part of the cushion panel. The moving trace of the cushion panel supporting point of the link assembly is raised by moving forward and lowered by moving backward. The electric motor provides the link assembly with an up-and-down moving force. The pair of rear hinges are installed on the left and right sides of the cushion frame and allowed to move back and forth relative to the cushion frame around a rear high shaft(51) to support the area of the cushion panel between the front and rear parts thereof. |
