PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of low-salinity colored garlic salt is provided to facilitate the manufacture of garlic salt with low cost, and to contain low salinity, and a variety of inorganic materials. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of low-salinity colored garlic salt comprises the following steps: pulverizing or chopping raw garlic or black garlic; preparing a calcium-enriched garlic additive by mixing 100wt% of the garlic and 0.002-4wt% of calcium powder; mixing 100wt% of salt with 10-40wt% of the calcium-enriched garlic additive, and drying the mixture in a constant temperature dryer at 30-70deg.C by stirring the mixture every 1-3 hours for 3-12 hours. A manufacturing method of low-salinity colored garlic salt comprises the following steps: preparing more than one garlic ingredient extract between raw garlic extract pulverized by adding water 1-4 times more than the raw garlic, and 5-15brix of black garlic hydrothermal extract; preparing a calcium-enriched garlic additive by mixing 100wt% of the garlic extract with 0.002-4wt% of calcium powder; and mixing the calcium-enriched garlic additive and salt by spraying 10-40wt% of the calcium-enriched garlic additive to 100wt% of the salt, and drying the mixture in a 30-70deg.C of constant temperature dryer by stirring the mixture every 1-3hours for 3-12hours.
