PURPOSE: A construction and maintenance system for an ammunition dump is provided to prevent the water leakage of an ammunition dump and the occurrence of a blind bomb due to explosion and moisture by lowering the internal temperature of the ammunition dump. CONSTITUTION: A construction and maintenance system for an ammunition dump comprises: a step of heat-isolating the roof and walls of an ammunition dump using rigid polyurethane foam(5); a step of waterproofing by using one of aluminum powder, an epoxy resin(6-1), and a rapid hardening type poly urea resin(6); and a step of performing an acryl based top coating(7).
