PURPOSE: A hula-hoop exercise equipment combined with an auxiliary device is provided to improve an exercise effect in short time, and to enable users to use the equipment as a decoration. CONSTITUTION: A hula-hoop exercise equipment combined with an auxiliary device(3) includes a hula hoop(1) and plural combining units(2). The combining units include an insertion port(221) on one side. The other sides of the combining units are fixed to the hula hoop to arrange the combining units on the hula hoop with the constant interval. The auxiliary device is detachably coupled to the insertion port, and includes three loops crossing each other to form a sphere shape.
