APPARATUS FOR GROWING SAPPHIRE SINGLE CRYSTAL AND COOLING SUPPORTER USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: An apparatus for growing a sapphire single crystal and a cooling supporter are provided to facilitate a cooling process by removing a coating layer after a growth process is completed. CONSTITUTION: A cooling supporter(30) supports a crucible(10). The cooling supporter is located on the lower sides of the crucible and the heater. A heatproof coating layer(50) is formed on the cooling supporter and a contact surface with the lower side of the crucible. A thickness of the heatproof coating layer is 0.1 to 1 mm.
