摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a titanium dioxide nanowhisker using a cycling heat treatment is provided to efficiently manufacture titanium dioxide whiskers by a cycling heat treatment. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a titanium dioxide nanowhisker using a cycling heat treatment comprises a step of first heating a sintered material of titanium alloy to 660-900>= in a tube furnace; a step of exposing the sintered body at room temperature for a first quick oxidation; a step of second heating the sintered body to 660-900>=; a step of exposing the sintered body at room temperature for a second quick oxidation; and a step of third heating a sintered material of titanium alloy to 660-900>=. The titanium alloy is one selected from Ti-xAl and Ti-xAl-yV. The sum of the first heating and second heating time is 20-60 minutes. The third heating time is 60-120 minutes.
