PURPOSE: A rack device and a dishwasher including the same are provided to easily utilize space inside the dishwasher because the rack is rotatably installed to the rack device. CONSTITUTION: A rack device comprises a first rack(50) and a dish rack(100). The dish rack comprises a frame connection unit, a guide unit, and a guide hole. The guide unit is provided to one side of the frame connection unit and fixes the dish rack to a first position. The guide hole is formed between the frame connection unit and the guide unit and guides to the upper or lower direction of the dish rack.
