PURPOSE: A street lamp apparatus is provided to improve power generation efficiency by including a power generation device such as a solar cell module. CONSTITUTION: A rotation blade(16) is installed to the upper part of a pillar. A generator(18) generates electricity as the rotation blade rotates. A solar cell module(20) changes sunlight to electric energy. A drive member is installed to the mounting part of the solar cell module. A battery(24) applies a current to a lamp and the drive member.
