PURPOSE: An integrated construction apparatus for a grouting insertion hole and a cutoff wall is provided to grout a space between an in-casing and a deep well through a grouting hole without exchanging a device after processing a grouting hole inside the in-casing. CONSTITUTION: An integrated construction apparatus for a grouting insertion hole and a cutoff wall comprises a head, a connection rod(20), a head fixing unit(30), a hole cutting unit(40), a grouting injection unit(50), and a packing unit(60). The head is inserted into an in-casing. The connection rod is connected to the head. The head fixing unit fixes the head inside the in-casing. The hole cutting unit drills a grouting hole in the in-casing. The grouting injection unit injects a grouting material through a grouting hole into a space between the in-casing and a borehole wall of a deep well. The packing unit is arranged in the lower part of the grouting hole for packing the lower part of the grouting hole.
