A door of a drum-type washing machine is provided to simply open/close a laundry entrance even in lifting a heavy load using the small amount of labor force and to apply various designs and improve appearance of the door by reducing limitation in designing the door. A door of a drum-type washing machine comprises: a door main body(50) rotatively connected with the washing machine at one side to open/close a laundry entrance(8A) and formed with a handle groove at the other side; a door hook(60) protruded from the door main body to be hung on a hook hole(8B) formed at the washing machine in closing the door main body; and a pressing unit interlocked with the door hook to remove the door hook from the hook hole in opening the door main body and installed at the inner side of the handle groove to be pressed downward. |
