MIR399D GENE INCREASING DROUGHT STRESS TOLERANCE OF PLANT AND USES THEREOF

PURPOSE: A miR399d gene which enhances drought stress resistance in a plant, and a use thereof are provided to enhance crop production yield. CONSTITUTION: A method for enhancing drought stress resistance in a plant comprises: a step of transforming a recombinant vector containing Arabidopsis thaliana-derived miR399d genes in a plant cell; and a step of over-expressing the miR399d genes. The miR399d genes have a base sequence in sequence number 2.
