<p>[Problem] To provide a practical digital holography method and digital holography device having both a reflection mode and a transmission mode, and to enable the acquisition of high-precision holographic data without necessitating that the subject be made to float in mid-air. [Solution] Diffracted light from a subject (S), which is obtained by irradiating the subject (S) with light from a light source (1), and reference light, which does not include information about the subject, are made to interfere with each other on the imaging surface of an imaging element (2) to acquire hologram data. In the reflection mode, the subject (S) is irradiated with light from a first side by means of a reflection-diffraction light guiding system (31), while in the transmission mode, the subject (S) is irradiated with light from a second side, which is the opposite side from the first side, by means of a transmission-diffraction light guiding system (32). The reflection mode and the transmission mode are selected alternatively by a optical element that serves as a selector.</p> |
