PURPOSE: A penile implant using cohesive gel is provided to prevent the excessive expansion of the opposite side of the implant, and to prevent the breakage of the implant after using for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A penile implant using cohesive gel has a cylindrical shape with a length longer than 2cm, and includes a cut-out unit(21) surrounding the rear side of the penis which is close to the glans, and an implant body(2) with a round-unit(22) located on the cut portion, the front surface, and the rear surface of the cut-out unit. The lower side of the cut-out unit is cut to the longitudinal direction for easily expanding the inner diameter, and to prevent the pressure on the urethra. |
