<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time for an input instruction in a game terminal which performs processing corresponding to the input instruction input using a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: A game device 20 is provided having a touch panel 25, a processor 28, and a RAM 31. The processor 28 causes the RAM 31 to store, as a start position, the position indicated by detection position data outputted by a continuous touch operation start among the detection position data outputted from the touch panel 25. Moreover, if the position indicated by the detection position data outputted immediately before the end of the continuous touch operation is made to be an end position, the processor 28 identifies an instruction input corresponding to a direction range containing the direction from the start point to the end point among a plurality of instruction inputs respectively corresponding to a plurality of direction ranges radially spreading from a common reference point on the contact surface of the touch panel 25 and based on the start point as the reference point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
