<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resolver that can be enhanced in detection precision by reducing an error (angle error) in rotational angle without causing upsizing etc., of the resolver nor an increase in computation load on a computer. <P>SOLUTION: A resolver 10 includes an annular resolver stator 12 provided with coils for excitation and output, and a resolver rotor 13 which is fitted to a rotary shaft 11 and arranged radially inside the resolver stator 12, and has an outer peripheral surface varying peripherally in radial gap formed with an inner peripheral surface of the resolver stator 12. The ratio of δ2 to δ1 is set to 6.0≤(δ2/δ1)≤9.0, where δ1 is a minimum gap between the inner peripheral surface of the resolver stator 12 and the outer peripheral surface of the resolver rotor 13 and δ2 is a maximum gap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
