<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation tomographic method and a radiation tomographic device that have high shape reproducibility by a tomographic method by translational scanning of a radiation source and a radiation detector on an analyte installed in a narrow part like plant piping. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention is characterized by; irradiating the analyte with radiation from at least two different positions on a circular track at a periphery of the analyte in a plane orthogonal to the direction of the translational scanning; and taking a photograph through the translational scanning in respective irradiation directions. Consequently, there are provided radiation tomographic method and radiation tomographic device that have high shape reproducibility by the tomographic method by the translational scanning of the radiation source and radiation detector on the analyte installed in the narrow part like plant piping. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
