A tooth calcification agent comprising (A) a poorly-soluble acidic calcium phosphate particle, (B) an alkali metal salt of phosphoric acid and (C) water, and is characterized in that the poorly-soluble acidic calcium phosphate particle (A) is at least one selected from the group consisting of an anhydrous calcium monohydrogen phosphate [CaHPO4] particle, a tricalcium phosphate [Ca3(PO4)2] particle, a calcium pyrophosphate [Ca2P2O7] particle, an octacalcium phosphate pentahydrate [Ca8H2(PO4)6·5H2O] particle, a calcium pyrophosphate dihydrate [Ca2P2O7·2H2O] particle and a calcium monohydrogen phosphate dihydrate [CaHPO4·2H2O] particle, the poorly-soluble acidic calcium phosphate particle (A) and the water (C) are contained in amounts of 15-80 parts by weight and 15-84 parts by weight, respectively, relative to 100 parts by weight, i.e., the total amount, of the tooth calcification agent, and the content of the alkali metal salt of phosphoric acid (B) is 0.1-80 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the poorly-soluble acidic calcium phosphate particle (A). A tooth calcification agent having a high calcification effect can be provided. |
