<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new LELIA (Liposome-based Enzyme-Linked ImmunoAssay) capable of suppressing a background value and lowering a measurement limit compared with an ELISA (Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay). <P>SOLUTION: An LELIA includes: a secondary antibody coupling process for reacting a primary antibody for recognizing a subject substance with antibody subject substance coupling liposome with which the subject substance is coupled in a liquid phase, adding an enzyme-labeled secondary antibody to be coupled with the primary antibody to the liposome and reacting the liposome with the primary antibody, and defining the liposome as antibody subject substance primary antibody enzyme-labeled secondary antibody coupling liposome; and a detection process for performing detection by adding a detectable substrate and performing a reaction with the enzyme-labeled secondary antibody. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
