摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device which can perform a charging-facility guidance effectively utilizing a SPA (Smart Parking Area) service when a driver driving an electric vehicle needs to charge the vehicle while traveling on a toll road supporting the SPA service. <P>SOLUTION: A route setting unit 116 sets a route as a guidance route which has the total of a traveling time, a desired charging time, and an SPA utilization time within a predetermined time defined by a SPA service and also has the largest number of pass-by charging facilities among routes which quits a toll road from an SPA target interchange (IC) exit, passes via an SPA and a charging facility nearby the SPA, and takes a toll route from an SPA target IC entrance. Alternatively, the route setting unit 116 sets a route as the guidance route which provides the earliest expected arrival time at the SPA target IC entrance among routes in which it is possible to reserve for a charging for the desired charing time from the expected arrival time at a pass-by charging facility, and also the total of the traveling time, the desired charging time, and the SPA utilization time is within the predetermined time defined by the SPA service. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
