<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bean jam containing fruit pulp, having the flavor and texture of fruit pulp, and sweetened bun. <P>SOLUTION: The bean jam containing fruit pulp is produced through a first boiling-up process for boiling up combined fruit pulp formed by mixing chopped pulp of ripe fruit and chopped pulp of unripe fruit, a second boiling-up process for adding at least pasty pulp of plum to the combined pulp boiled up in the first boiling up process and boiling up them further to obtain jam, and a heating process for adding white bean jam to the jam and boiling them up while being stirred to obtain the bean jam containing fruit pulp including granular pulp of unripe fruit. The weight of the white bean jam to the total weight of jam and white bean jam is preferably between ≥30% and ≤50%.
