PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a play enable signal output device capable of preventing a fraud in a pay-by-the-hour play.

SOLUTION: The play enable signal output device is disposed corresponding to each of a plurality of game machines and outputs a play enable signal for enabling a play on the corresponding game machine. The play enable signal output device includes: information acquiring means for acquiring play expiration period information representing a playable period, and play history information capable of specifying a game machine on which a player has played in the last and the time/date; a play propriety determination part for determining whether the play on the current game machine is possible or not on the basis of the play expiration period information and the play history information that have been acquired from the information acquiring means and play prohibition/regulation time information representing a play prohibition time on a game machine other than the game machine on which the player has played in the last; and a play enable signal generating part for generating the play enable signal on the basis of the determination result by the play propriety determination part.
