<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive tension device which achieves high-speed alignment winding, thin small-pitch parallel installation, and an automatic switching two-stage tension function. <P>SOLUTION: A winding tension applying structure is made to be a turning part minimum mass minimum inertia force peripheral groove wire rod winding periphery part high hardness member turning tension pulley periphery part thin air cylinder automatic two-stage switching high hardness wear resistance stable friction coefficient member pulley pressure-contact plate spring pressuring structure. A back tension structure is made to be a proper extremely-thin lightweight high strength high elastic material minimum mass minimum inertia force proper tapered rod simple deflection amount length adjusting type structure dedicated for tip part installation winding wire rod outer diameter or limited in approximate some-kind-wire-rod outside diameter in a minimum mass minimum inertia force wire rod coming-off preventing function auxiliary wire rod feeding guide roller. Thereby, there is provided a structure such that the mass inertia force of the tension device acting on tension applied to the winding wire rod is made at least equal to or less than a variation allowable value range of a proper tension value, and the each adjustment of the tension value or the like and the operation work of wire rod setting can be performed in a tension device minute interval parallel installation state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
