<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag with a metering function, having a simple structure, reliably metering the contents with a simple operation, and allowing the metered portion to be stably taken out. <P>SOLUTION: In this packaging bag 100 with a metering function comprises a bag body 10 and a spout 20 provided above the bag body, wherein an accommodation chamber includes a metering chamber 14 in communication with the spout, a main chamber 16 storing the contents; a passage 15 guiding the contents from the main chamber to the metering chamber, the passage includes an inlet 15a which is formed between a first partition part 41 separating the passage from the main chamber and a second partition part 42 separating the passage from the metering chamber and which is in communication with the main chamber and an outlet 15b which is in communication with the metering chamber. The second partition part includes an outlet-side hook part 32 bending toward the passage at the outlet.
