<p>A device (10) and a method for removing lead sulphate build-up, wherein the device (10) for removing lead sulphate build-up comprises an AD converter (106), a computing, controlling and processing device (105) and a pulse-emitting device (120); the AD converter (106) is provided between a lead-acid battery (BT) and the computing, controlling and processing device (105), for reading the voltage of the lead-acid battery; the computing, controlling and processing device (105) is used for reading the voltage transmitted from the AD converter (106), comparing the voltage with the rated voltage of the lead-acid battery (BT), and determining the remaining amount of electricity in the lead-acid battery (BT) by means of the comparison result; the pulse-emitting device (120) is provided between the build-up and the computing, controlling and processing device (105), for receiving controls from the computing, controlling and processing device (105) and sending pulses to the build-up. The device (10) for removing lead sulphate build-up in the present invention can optimise the speed of removal of the lead sulphate build-up, enable acceleration thereof and at the same time, reduce the radiation output generated simultaneously with pulse currents, according to the determination of the rated voltage and the remaining capacity of the lead-acid battery(BT).</p> |
