<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrode-membrane-frame assembly which allows further enhancement of power generation performance and durability of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of an electrode-membrane-frame assembly for injection molding a frame by pouring a molten resin material into a die in a state where protrusions, provided on an inner surface of the die, are pierced into the peripheral edge of a gas diffusion layer and movement of which in the plane direction is regulated, the protrusions are formed to have non-uniform heights from the inner surface of the die, or a plurality of protrusions are provided intermittently when viewed from the thickness direction of the die. The membrane-electrode assembly has a movement regulation region overlapping the protrusions when it is viewed from the thickness direction of the die in a state where the movement is regulated.
