摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of simplifying connection of light-emitting elements themselves and improving uniformity with excellent color mixing, and a lighting device having the light-emitting device.

SOLUTION: The light-emitting device is provided with a substrate 21 and light-emitting elements 22 which are mounted on the substrate 21 and are arranged in a plurality of rows having a plurality of emission colors on nearly concentric circles with different radii for every emission color or on the circumferences of polygons of different sizes with a nearly identical center, and are arranged with the positions in a circumference direction shifted for each of these rows, and have the same number of light-emitting elements 22 for each of emission colors.
