PURPOSE: A shielding apparatus and a plating device with the same are provided to simplify a plating process of probe cards using one shielding member regardless of the type of probe cards. CONSTITUTION: A shielding apparatus(100) comprises a shielding member(110) and an opening and closing member(120). A hole(112) is formed on the shielding member. The opening and closing unit is rotatably installed in the shielding member to control the size of the hole, and comprises multiple opening and closing members(130) circularly arranged around the hole.
