PURPOSE: A polymer multiple layer composite waterproof sheet, a manufacturing method thereof and a construction method thereof are provided to form a spot adhesive layer with spot adhesive property capable of re-bonding and a permanent adhesive property, thereby having waterproof effect to improve the adhesive property to a target bonding surface and to facilitate construction. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polymer multiple layer composite waterproof sheet is composed of the following steps of: composing triple composite coating waterproof sheet by thermosetting; obtaining a spot adhesive simultaneously having two properties wherein one is re-bondable in a non-hardened state and the other is not re-bondable in a hardened state of the adhesive; using a roller forming unit to spread the spot adhesive and forming a spot adhesive layer on the lower part of the composite coating waterproof sheet with an constant thickness; and attaching a release paper composed of a release film on the upper side of the spot adhesive layer formed at the step of forming the spot adhesive layer.
