A thin sheet for a solar cell module is provided, which includes a substrate and at least one fluoro-containing coating layer, wherein the fluoro-containing coating layer includes: (a) a fluoro resin, including a homopolymer or a copolymer formed with a fluoro olefin monomer selected from the group consisting of monofluoroethylene, vinylidene fluoride, chlorotrifluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene, and a combination thereof; (b) an adhesion promoter of the formula R1Si(R2)3; and (c) an adhesion co-promoter, wherein R1 and R2 are as defined in the specification. A solar cell module having the thin sheet is further provided. |
