Provided is a technique for generating a playlist with contents available to anyone through an exchange between different users. The method for managing the playlist according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving a candidate content list request and a response restriction control setup for the candidate content list request from a user terminal; transmitting the candidate content list request to a service management server and an external social network service server; generating the candidate content list by receiving one or more pieces of information related to the candidate contents and the candidate vote information for the pre-inputted candidate contents from the service management server and the external social network service server; and generating the playlist including the contents selected from a plurality of contents included in the candidate content list when the response restriction conditions are satisfied.
