<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a report device in a monitoring system which enables the combination of use propriety setting of report stop function as a report device, use propriety setting of report stop function for each report destination, report stop function use propriety setting for each signal to be reported, and the like and enables the use adapted to a report destination. <P>SOLUTION: A report device has a report stop function to stop output of a report signal in the middle of a signal path where the report signal is output. In the report device, a device corresponding block can set the operation propriety of report stop function as the whole report device.
