The coupling assembly has a clutch-controlled compensation unit with a switchable clutch unit (3) for transmitting the driving power from a relative drive side of the coupling device driving structure such as intermediate shaft (8) and outer disc carrier (9) to a relative output side of the coupling device driving structure such as side shaft (4) and inner plate carrier (10). An oil conveying device is provided for conveying the oil for lubrication of the components arranged on the output side of the coupling device.
