The valve has an earthing cable (14) and/or a protective cap (13) for fiber material, connected with the valve by a cord (12). An automatic retraction mechanism i.e. winding roller, is provided for the earthing cable and/or the cord of the protective cap. An operation lever is formed to open a main valve against force pretensioning the main valve into a closed position. The operation lever and a valve operator of the main valve are connected kinematically over a coupled gear with variable translation in a course of operation stroke of the operation lever.
