<p>The gasket has a metallic support (1) and a soft material overlay (2) arranged on the support. Holding elements (6) are engaged through the soft material overlay, and are fixed on the support in a form-fit manner. The holding elements are formed in a flange or lamellar shape, where free ends (7) of the holding element are bent for form-fit fixing of the soft material overlay. The soft material overlay is made of graphite, plastics or fibrous material. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a gasket.</p> |
