<p>An electrical conductor mechanism (200) is provided for an electrical bus assembly (100) of a power distribution system, such as a residential load center (2), which includes a number of electrical switching apparatus, such as circuit breakers (8,10). The electric conductor mechanism (200) includes at least one planar member (202,202') having first and second opposing sides (204,206). The first side (204) is attached to a corresponding stab (106) of the electrical bus assembly (100). The second side (206) is electrically connected to a corresponding one of the circuit breakers (8,10), thereby electrically connecting it to the stab (106) of the electrical bus assembly (100). An electrical bus assembly (100) and a power distribution system (2) employing the aforementioned electrical conductor mechanism (200) are also disclosed.</p> |
