PURPOSE: An arc brazing method of high-strength steel sheets is provided to keep the strength and corrosion resistance of a high-strength steel sheet by minimizing thermal damage. CONSTITUTION: An arc brazing method of high-strength steel sheets(11a, 11b) satisfies the following a first general formula. The first general formula isΔH=(H1-H2)/H1×100Δ10 %. The H1 is the hardness of a high-strength steel sheet before welding. The H2 is the lowest strength of a high-strength steel sheet during welding. TheΔH is the reduction ratio of hardness of a high-strength steel sheet in the softened area. The Vickers hardness of a high-strength steel sheet is higher than 250Hv. |
