PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of environment-friendly pencil is provided to manufacture body of pencil using recycled paper without felling. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly pencil comprises a core(10) which is composed of graphite; and a body(30) which is equipped outside of core and manufactured with recycled paper in pulp mold mode. Cross section of body is a circular form or a polygon form. A manufacturing method of environment-friendly pencil comprises a step of manufacturing pulp solution by dissolving recycled paper into water; a step of filling pulp solution into rack; a step of arranging core consisted of graphite into a rack filled with pulp solution; a step of drying pulp solution; and a step of combining by inserting core consisted of graphite in the middle of body. A core is combined with pool in body. |
